Orders and Returns

Return a Product

If you have an account with Sparex you can sign in here to access your recent orders and start a product return with us. If you are not registered with Sparex and wish to return a product, follow the steps below:

Trade Customer Return

If you are a dealer with a Sparex Trade Account, please fill in the returns form for Trade customers here.

Return & Refund Policy (Not applicable for Trade Customers)

Returning your product because it has developed a major fault

Please return your item unused and in original condition with proof of purchase within 21 days, and we'll give you a refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions (see below)

For online purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 21 days.

Please note that the cost of delivery to return a product is paid by Sparex

Returning a product with a minor fault

If your product has developed a minor fault you can contact our customer services team on 09 6344 121 and we discuss options with you. Depending on the nature of the fault we may offer you a replacement a repair option or a full or partial refund.

Terms & Conditions of Returns

If your product has or developed a major fault you can return the product to us and requests a refund. On receipt of the product and should we find the product has a major fault we will then issue a refund to you via the original payment method you used to purchase the product. By major fault we mean:

  • The product no longer performs the function intended
  • It is significantly different from the details provided on the web site
  • It cannot be easily repaired and is substantially unfit for its common purpose
  • It is unsafe
  • We're unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless any of the points listed above apply

For online purchases we’ll refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order within 21 days. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your order confirmation.

Which products can't be returned?

The following products won’t be eligible for refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products you received over 21 days ago
  • Where a product has been personalised or been made to your specific measurements

Late Orders and Shipping Refunds

If your order does not arrive within 7 days or within the timeframe of the selected delivery service, you can contact us directly for details of your order shipment.

If after contacting us your order has still not arrived you can request a full refund for the item purchased. We aim to deliver your product to you within 7 days, our standard delivery normally delivers within 7 working days. Deliveries may sometimes take longer. For all faulty items and items returned within 21 days we will refund the shipping (for our standard delivery options only).
