Non-Trade returns and refund conditions
Returns can only be requested within 14 days of receiving products.
After the return has been requested, you have a further 14 days to ship the product/s back to Sparex.
Depending on the reason for your return, we may offer a full or partial refund. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as a faulty or incorrect item- the original delivery fee may also be refunded.
If you return only some items from your order, we will only refund the cost of those items.
The products must be unused and in original condition.
Please note that if you return products outside our returns window, or if you don’t have proof of purchase. We will be unable to process a refund, so please keep your order confirmation.

Return of a product due to a defect or fault
If your product is defective, contact our customer service team with our Live Chat or at 09 6344 121 to discuss your options.
If the product meets our criteria for being defective, you will be entitled to:
- A full refund if it's within 30 days of purchase.
- A repair or replacement if you report the issue after 30 days but within 6 months.
If your product has a serious defect or develops a defect within the statutory warranty period, you can return the product to us.
On confirmation of a defect, a refund will be issued via the original payment method used to purchase this product.
Serious defects include:
- The product no longer performs its function as intended
- The product differs significantly from the details provided on the website
- It cannot be easily repaired and is unfit for purpose
- The product has a safety defect
Products manufactured according to customer specifications or personalised for customers are excluded from returns. This does not affect statutory guarantees and warranties.
Which products cannot be returned?
The following products cannot be refunded (unless they are faulty or do not match the description):
- Products you received more than 14 days ago
- If a product has been personalised or made to your specific measurements
Delayed delivery
If your order does not arrive within 7 days or within the timeframe of your chosen delivery service, contact our customer service team with our Live Chat or at 09 6344 121 for details on your order.
If the delivery delay persists even after contacting us, you can request a full refund.
We will always strive to deliver your product within 7 days. In exceptional cases, delivery may exceed this timeframe.
Incorrect products
If the products received are incorrect or differ from what was initially ordered, please contact us with our Live Chat or at 09 6344 121 to discuss your options.
