Bondloc B648 is a low viscosity, high strength retaining compound, it cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening due to shock and vibration. Designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts where a high temperature resistance is required. Tolerates minor surface contaminations from various oils and protection fluids. Typical applications include fixing gears or sprockets onto gearbox shafts and rotors on electric motor shafts.
